Nestled in the heart of Rosebery’s industrial district, Archie Rose Distilling Co. opens its doors to those keen on learning the craft of spirit making first hand. When the tour is over, the bar is situated only metres from the distilling factory where you can sample, sip and savour the spirits crafted on site, including their very own signature Dry Gin.
With plenty of cocktails, beer and wine on the menu as well as share platters by Black Star Pastry, it's the perfect place for trialing your palate on some of Sydney's finest spirits.
